Returns & Exchanges



We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only. Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.

Please note that products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be eligible for store credit. To be eligible, merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed condition. Eligibility includes intact zippers, absence of pet hair, no stains, tears, crochet rips, broken buttons, make up residues, and the like. We cannot take responsibility for clothing damaged due to improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. All merchandise must retain all original tags, including any LOLOH Boutique hangtags. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Upon receiving your return, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Following processimg, we will send you an email containing a store credit code. This credit can be utilized to acquire a new item according to your preferences. 

Kindly note that if shipping charges were applied to your original order, they will not be refunded when we receive your return.


All returns are for a LOLOH Boutique credit only. LOLOH Boutique offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package.
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

It is recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost. LOLOH Boutique is not responsible for not receiving returned packages with or without tracking information.
